This Refund Policy explains how credits, cancellations, and refunds are handled on the Get It Done platform.
This policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service.
1. Credit Purchases
Clients access services by purchasing Credits through the Platform. Credits are denominated in U.S. dollars
(USD). Credit pricing is published on the Platform and may be changed upon thirty (30) days' prior notice.
2. Credit Validity
Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, Credits expire six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Expired Credits are forfeited and non-refundable. Get It Done may, at its sole discretion, extend the
expiration period for specific Credits or Users.
3. Session Cancellation by Client
Cancellation Timing Credit Treatment
24+ hours before session Full Credit refund to Account
Less than 24 hours before session 50% of Credits forfeited; 50% returned
No-show by Client 100% of Credits forfeited
4. Cancellation or No-Show by Enabler
If an Enabler cancels a confirmed Session or fails to appear, the Client's Credits will be fully restored to their
Account. Repeated cancellations or no-shows by an Enabler may result in Account suspension or
termination.
5. Unused Credit Refunds
Unused, unexpired Credits may be refunded to the original payment method upon request, subject to the
following conditions:
• Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date
• A processing fee of ten percent (10%) of the original purchase price will be deducted
• After thirty (30) days from purchase, unused Credits are non-refundable but remain usable until
expiration
• Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days of approval
6. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you are dissatisfied with a Session or believe Credits were improperly charged, please contact us at
admin@getitdonework.com before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Users who initiate
chargebacks without first utilizing our dispute resolution process may be subject to Account suspension or
termination.
7. Organizational Client Refunds
Refunds for Credits purchased by Organizational Clients (government agencies, universities, accelerators)
are governed by the applicable institutional agreement and may differ from the terms set forth above.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email admin@getitdonework.com with your Account information, the date of
purchase, and the reason for your request. We will respond within five (5) business days.
