"our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the Get It Done platform at
getitdonework.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this
Privacy Policy.

• Account registration information: name, email address, phone number, business name, and country
of residence
• Profile information: professional background, skills, qualifications, and portfolio (Enablers)
• Business information: company name, registration number, industry, and website (Clients)
• Payment information: processed by our third-party payment processors (we do not store full card
numbers)
• Communications: messages exchanged through the Platform, support requests, and feedback
• Tax documentation: IRS Form W-9 or W-8BEN as required by applicable law
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
• Device and browser information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, session duration, clickstream data
• Cookies and similar technologies: as described in our Cookie Policy
• Log data: server logs, error reports, and performance data

• Providing and operating the Platform, including matching Clients with Enablers
• Processing payments and managing Credits

• Communicating with you about your Account, transactions, and Platform updates
• Improving and developing the Platform and our services
• Complying with legal obligations, including tax reporting (e.g., IRS Form 1099-NEC)
• Enforcing our Terms of Service and protecting the rights and safety of Users
• Sending marketing communications (with your consent, where required by law)
3. How We Share Your Information
3.1 Between Users
When a Client and Enabler engage through the Platform, we share necessary information between them to
facilitate the Service Contract, including names, professional details, and communication history on the
Platform.
3.2 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including
payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting (Vercel, Supabase), analytics, and customer support. These
providers are contractually obligated to protect your information.
3.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request, or
when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
3.4 Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, your information may be
transferred to the acquiring entity.
4. International Data Transfers
The Platform is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, including in the
Republic of Korea, your personal information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United
States. We provide the following disclosures pursuant to the Korean Personal Information Protection Act
(PIPA):
• Recipient of transferred data: SID Partners U.S. LLC, Saguoia LLC, and their authorized service
providers
• Purpose of transfer: Providing Platform services, payment processing, and customer support
• Items transferred: Account information, profile data, transaction records, and communications
• Retention period: For the duration of your Account plus the periods specified in Section 6
• Protective measures: Industry-standard encryption, access controls, and contractual safeguards
5. Your Rights and Choices
5.1 All Users
• Access and review the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal information
• Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time
5.2 Virginia (CDPA) and California (CCPA/CPRA) Residents
If you are a Virginia or California resident, you have additional rights including the right to know what
personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale of personal information
(we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. To

5.3 Korean Users (PIPA)
If you are located in the Republic of Korea, you have rights under PIPA, including the right to access, correct,
delete, and suspend processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent to international data

6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your Account is active and as necessary to:
• Fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy
• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records: 7 years; transaction records: 5 years)
• Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements
Upon Account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within ninety (90) days, except
for information we are required to retain by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including
encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest, access controls, regular security assessments, and secure
hosting infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a security breach that results in the unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of personal
information, we will notify affected Users without unreasonable delay and in accordance with applicable law,
including the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act and the Korean PIPA where applicable. Notification will
be sent to the email address associated with your Account.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is intended for business use by individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the
age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the
updated policy on the Platform and sending notice to the email address associated with your Account at least
thirty (30) days before the changes take effect.
